What Should You Talk About on Facebook? | Social Media Marketing

Facebook is undeniably the king of social media marketing.

If you want to be successful on social media, you need to be good at Facebook. You need to know the ins and outs of Facebook, plus know how to post engaging content on Facebook and generate conversations.

That’s what makes Facebook so great – a piece of content can spark conversations that just generation reach and influence for your followers and their followers. But how do you do it?

Talk About the News

One obvious choice for content is the news.

You can get a lot of mileage out of your posting if you talk about what’s going on in the news. It doesn’t just have to be the “news” news, either; it can be anything that is being talked about online.

Your followers are probably interested in your industry at some level. So, it makes sense to talk about your industry and what’s going on.

What you need to be careful about, though, is to make sure it’s engaging an entertaining. You don’t want to be boring by any stretch of the imagination. If you make products, talk about how your products are being used, and focus on the people who are using them. If you offer a service, talk about developments in the industry that impact your service and its benefits.
